A SWOT analysis is a systematic review of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are affecting your success.
- What are your businesses strengths and weaknesses?
- What do you do really well, where are you falling down?
- What are the opportunities and threats in your market? Are you missing some opportunities?
- What can you do to take advantage of opportunities and counter threats?
Process & output
Through market research and meetings with you, either online or in person, I’ll produce a SWOT analysis of your business that helps to clearly define the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that affect your business.
The SWOT analysis allows you to stand back and see where your business is right now. You are probably aware of much of this but the SWOT analysis can also reveal things that you’ve overlooked. Looking at the way your business is currently performing overall will also help you set priorities. You could be overlooking something vital to your success and you could be too close to things to actually even realise.
SWOT analysis – setting priorities
I’ll supply you with a SWOT analysis chart that summaries your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, identifying where you are, a useful kicking off point for planning and deciding on strategy. As part of the process we’ll discuss the SWOT analysis and decide on priorities. It’s a simple and powerful way to identify the key drivers to the success of your business.
